How Click & Collect Works:
- Check Availability:
- Before purchasing online, verify the stock availability of your item at your local store on the product page.
- If unavailable, we'll show you the nearest stores with stock.
- Checkout:
- Choose the FREE Click & Collect option during checkout.
- Select a store based on stock availability.
- Collection:
- You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready.
- Wait for this email before heading to the store; otherwise, your items may not be ready.
- Note: It can take up to three days for items to be prepared for collection.

- What is Click & Collect and where is it available?
- Click & Collect is a free service allowing you to shop online and pick up your order from a Sportsmart store.
- Available at all Sportsmart stores, subject to stock availability.
- When can I collect my order?
- You will get an email once your order is ready. Only visit the store after receiving this email to ensure your items are ready.
- What do I need to bring to collect my order?
- A copy of your order confirmation email.
- Valid photo identification (e.g., Driver’s Licence, Passport, Proof of Age Card).
- You’ll need to sign for your order.
- For bulky items, bring a friend and a suitable vehicle.
- How long do I have to collect my order?
- Orders are held for 14 days after being marked ready. If not collected within this period, the order may be cancelled, and a refund issued.
- What if I need to change or cancel my order?
- Contact Customer Service for changes or cancellations. They will check your order status and provide the best options.
