How Click & Collect Works:

  1. Check Availability:
    • Before purchasing online, verify the stock availability of your item at your local store on the product page.
    • If unavailable, we'll show you the nearest stores with stock.
  2. Checkout:
    • Choose the FREE Click & Collect option during checkout.
    • Select a store based on stock availability.
  3. Collection:
    • You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready.
    • Wait for this email before heading to the store; otherwise, your items may not be ready.
    • Note: It can take up to three days for items to be prepared for collection.

  1. What is Click & Collect and where is it available?
    • Click & Collect is a free service allowing you to shop online and pick up your order from a Sportsmart store.
    • Available at all Sportsmart stores, subject to stock availability.
  2. When can I collect my order?
    • You will get an email once your order is ready. Only visit the store after receiving this email to ensure your items are ready.
  3. What do I need to bring to collect my order?
    • A copy of your order confirmation email.
    • Valid photo identification (e.g., Driver’s Licence, Passport, Proof of Age Card).
    • You’ll need to sign for your order.
    • For bulky items, bring a friend and a suitable vehicle.
  4. How long do I have to collect my order?
    • Orders are held for 14 days after being marked ready. If not collected within this period, the order may be cancelled, and a refund issued.
  5. What if I need to change or cancel my order?
    • Contact Customer Service for changes or cancellations. They will check your order status and provide the best options.
